The following information is specifically for those planning a visit, so that you know, beforehand, what to expect.

Due to the high number of newcomers joining our group recently, we can only New people living in the following areas. 
  • Dudley Borough (DY1-3, DY5-9; B62-63, part of WV14)

  • Cradley Heath (B64),

  • Rowley Regis (B65),

  • Oldbury (B68-69),

  • Tipton (DY4),

  • Northfield (B31),

  • Quinton (B32),

Where and When
 
We meet at Owen House, rear of Lifecentral Church (details here) on Mondays (Term-Time) from 9:30am - 11:45am and from 12:30pm-1:45pm. 

When you arrive, you should be greeted by someone on our Welcome Team who will be wearing a Welcome lanyard.

For first time visit, our Welcome Team will meet you and take some details.

Our group embrace diversity and warm welcome people from different nations, we love to see new people. You can meet your friends here and make new friends. We really hope that you will feel right at home and connected. 

Accessibility: There is wheelchair access. There are disabled toilets in the main foyer.

Our Service

During the sessions, we serve Tea and Coffee, Soup and breads and some fruits. It is a great way to meet people, or simply take time to find your bearings. All refreshments are free.

We offering to asylum seekers and refugees:
  • Bus tickets to attend the group on Mondays;
  • Free clothing, household goods, toys and other items which have been donated;
  • Monthly supply of nappies, wipes and other baby products;
  • Take requests for clothes, toys, household goods, furniture and small appliances;
  • Information about other organisations, charities and groups that may be able to help you;
  • Help with making phone calls;
  • Help with form filling, understanding letters and writing support letters;
  • Vouchers for foodbank (if you are eligible).
What about my kids?
Children stay with their parent at all time.
We provide Kids activities on the table, such as craft, toys, books and fun games.
